Introduction
Since relocating to Dubai in 2023, I have continued my commitment to minority rights advocacy in Pakistan through structured, self-funded, and impact-driven initiatives coordinated remotely.
As part of this broader mission, I founded Human Rights and Welfare International (HRWI) — a Chaman Lal initiative dedicated to combating injustice, tyranny, and human rights violations globally. HRWI works to raise awareness through campaigns, education, and structured advocacy efforts, ensuring that the plight of oppressed communities is recognized while empowering individuals to stand against injustice.
Research & Advocacy
From the UAE, I actively lead research and documentation efforts focused on minority rights issues. This includes systematic data collection, case documentation, and issue mapping to ensure that challenges faced by marginalized communities are properly recorded, analyzed, and addressed through informed advocacy. Under the framework of HRWI, these efforts contribute to broader awareness campaigns aimed at strengthening accountability and visibility.
Legal Capacity Building
A key pillar of this mission is legal capacity building. I facilitate and support specialized training programs for lawyers, equipping them with the practical knowledge and strategic approach required to effectively manage minority rights cases and strengthen access to justice. Through HRWI, these initiatives aim to empower legal professionals to defend vulnerable communities with competence and confidence.
Education & Student Support
Education remains central to my welfare initiatives.
- Start & Growth: In October 2024, I initiated community-based coaching centers starting with 60 students. Today, the initiative supports more than 300 children.
- Curriculum: Students receive structured academic assistance alongside guidance related to Sanatan Dharma, ensuring both educational development and cultural grounding.
- Quarterly Support: All students are provided with stationery on a quarterly basis to ensure uninterrupted learning.
- Teacher Support: Salaries for all teachers are fully self-funded.
- Personal Commitment: Up to 50% of my monthly professional income is consistently allocated toward sustaining these educational initiatives.
- Financial Aid: Students facing semester fee challenges are supported to ensure they can sit for exams and continue their studies without disruption.
Orphan & Community Support
Through HRWI’s welfare mission, broader community initiatives are implemented to promote dignity and inclusion:
- Provision of books, school supplies, and uniforms for orphaned children within the Christian community.
- Annual Christmas celebrations promoting equality, dignity, and shared humanity.
- In 2026 Holi Festival, over 150 deserving families — including widows and vulnerable households — received ration support to celebrate with dignity.
- Over 300 children from our coaching centers participated in Holi celebrations and were given small gift amounts as pocket money.
Core Belief
All initiatives under HRWI are independently funded and driven by a core belief: leadership is defined not by title, but by responsibility. Through awareness, education, and structured advocacy, HRWI stands to combat injustice, raise global consciousness, and empower communities against oppression.
Signature Statement
“Committed to justice and driven by responsibility, I stand where rights are challenged — because borders may define geography, but they will never define my impact.”
